Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business Lean Six Sigma program content
The Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business Lean Six Sigma program equips industry professionals with the skills to recognize inefficiencies in their organization and save money without a large capital investment.
The program offers Green Belt and Black Belt courses that are designed to give students the tools to solve problems by applying practical applications to real-world scenarios. “We are taught to think in the process improvement mindset,” said The Coca-Cola Company representative Mohamed Arafa. The Lean Six Sigma program allows the opportunity to solve everyday decisions across all organization levels by making problems measurable by identifying the root problem. This, in turn, applies to all industries, fields, and positions.
“Working together with individuals from various fields and positions to overcome obstacles and find solutions has already improved my skills in the workplace,” stated Lauren Meaney, Business Manager, Information Security, SunTrust. “The communication skills you learn as well grant everyone the opportunity to be on the same page.”
Learn how to become an invaluable asset to your company at the next Lean Six Sigma seminar with courses available in October and December 2018. To register, visit Scheller College of Business Lean Six Sigma Certification page.
